Russian Children Mixed At Birth
It was a nice warm morning when Emily got out of bed and was getting ready. Ever since a young age she had felt like the outsider in her family. They were all short and cute looking whilst she was tall and had quite sharp features, and whenever her and her sister had an argument her sister told her she was an adopted child.
That afternoon, Emily was on her way out from school when she saw a family with the same features as herself, but the young girl with them had the same features as her family. She felt this really awkward, but she also felt envious towards the family as they seemed so happy and like they fitted together perfectly. Something she wished that she would have.
When Emily got home, she told her mother this story, but she was not happy with this and told her she was an ungrateful and rude child sending her to her bedroom to stay there without no supper. Emily felt upset but did as she was told anyway. However, even though her mother had said that she would have no supper, she still gave her some later that evening, with a kiss on the forehead before heading back downstairs.
